Coolant leak

I have an 03 with the 3.4L motor, It slightly overheated the other day, I just put more water in it (testing only) and noticed that it was leaking in the area of the oil filter, the motor was OFF!

Is there a water path or tubing in that area?

heater hose ? or the split for the rear heater hose ?

No, it is on the front side of the block near the oil filter, I am not sure what it is.
