Coolant mixing with oil

Hi all, I have a 1978 trans am 400 that I can’t figure out. I’ve put 2 sets of head gaskets in it with new head bolts and by the book. Along with the head gaskets I’ve done intake gaskets and I’ve replaced the water pump and gaskets as well. I have got the heads magnaflux tested and resurfaced, the block was cleaned down all the way flat. There were no signs of cranks or wearing anywhere. But after all of that I’ve still had coolant dump into my oil pan/crank case. What should I look for?
