cost of 1999 pontiac grand am 150,000 miles on it?

i bought a pontiac this sunday for 1800 but got in a crash the next day the person who crashed into me insurance is going to pay for the damage but they said it was a total lost, and that they were going to give me money for it instead. how much should they give me for it?

I doubt more than $1,000. Maybe less.
You might contest the amount if you have all the records of service and any repairs/parts replaced.

I keep every record of those on my vehicle, not only for any claim, but for resale. It does help. I once received additional insurance for that reason.
