Cruise Control Problem Found Need help replacing

Hi, I posted a thread before asking how to find the issues with the cruise control. I had my dealer look at it, and they determined that everything mechanically is fine. The sad part is the buttons on the steering wheel are broken. They need to be replaced, and I don't the slightest idea how to do it.

Would you think I would have to go that far though, just to change the CC buttons?
