Cylinder 6 Intermittent Misfire 2008 Torrent 3.4L

Ok I’ll start with everything I have done to solve this issue. First off new plugs and wires, they were factory so time to go. Next new coil and PCV tube in the rear or the engine, the one that runs into the odd bank cylinders. Now I’m ready to do the PCV valve and breather tube on the front of the engine. My dilemma is I can’t find a replacement for said tube. This is the one going from the PCV valve to the head just past the throttle body. Where can I get one at, the thing is shot, cracked and all seals are gone on it?

I thought about this going in but I don’t think it’s going to line up, looks like a trip to the salvage yard is in order. There’s a huge u pull it yard not far from work, I’ll start there. Thanks for the assist
