Dashboard harness

Next up for me is the under dash harness.I know that these are quick connects. Any advice from someone who has done this?

Does the fuse box come with the harness?
Does the dashboard have to come out?

Since I dont know who you are buying the harness from I cant tell if they supply the box, ask the vendor.
I cant see how you can replace the completer harness without removing the dash.
