pontiac sunfire? My driver side window on my 2003 pontiac sunfire goes up and down very slowly. It usually goes down/up 1-2 inches at a normal pace and the will not budge until i let it sit for anywhere from 10-30 min, then it will move another inch or two. I have come to the conclusion (after explaining the problem to many mechanics) that it is the regulator. I would like to try to replace/repair this myself so I am looking for any how to guide or diagram that will help me get to the regulator and replace or repair it once I get to it.
Thank you!

Look up the parts for your car on http://www.autozone.com and then go to the repairs section and sometimes it shows you good repair photos. But for starters, if you can't remove the inside door panel, you'll have to bring it to a shop. It could be a motor/ electrical problem too. Try spraying WD-40 or silicone spray liberally on the window side rails where the glass is guided as it goes up and down. Also spray WD-40 into the regulator lubrication points if you can get the door panel off. Buy a http://www.haynes.com manual for your car or go to the library and read the motors and chiltons manuals on power window repair for your car.
