Did pontiac make a 16" rally II rim??

Someone is selling a rally 2 rim on Craigslist and says it is a 16" rim. I don't recall pontiac making one that size. Any help would be appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!!

Pontiac did not make a 16" ralley II, it may be aftermarket
