Do all 4th Gen Trans Ams have high spoilers, and all Firebirds have low ones?

My friend said an easy way to just look at a Fourth Gen Firebird (93-02) and tell whether or not it is a Trans Am or just a regular V6 Firebird is the Birds have the regular low spoiler, and the TA's have the high spoiler.

Is this always true, or did some TA's come with the regular flat rear wing?
 
yea ur freind is right thats the only visible difference besides the ram air hood some trans ams have
