Do rims on 84 transam have special nut on them

Hey Ya'all. My 84 transam conv has what appears to be a special nut on each of the rims (16"), and guess one needs a special tool to get it off?? Any takers, but not my 84 TRANSAM.

Hey, I found out it did, and found the special tool to get them off.
 
you can disregard this. I found the special fitting for it.
