Door Panel removal on a 1994 Pontiac Firebird?

i got the door panel most of the way off, but i cant get it off completely. the lock/unlock switch is keeping it from coming off the rest of the way. i need to get it off so i can realign and tighten the window.

If you plan on keeping the car, goto local auto part store and get a manual.I prefer Chiltons over Haynes, much better info.
