Drivers Side Rear door

won't open.

It seems to not want to unlock. But I can't depress the button on the outside or move the handle inside.

all the rest work perfect.

Any ideas?

You have to remove the interior door panel to have access to the mechanism. If you cannt open the door to remove the panel you need a tool to slide down the glass to activate the lock mechanism.
