DRL stay on at all times ?????

hey everybody
im helping my son with his 01' grandam 2.4 the rear DRL stay on allways .we have disconnected them cause it will drain the battery so far weve done:
replaced multi function sitch
" ambient light switch

still no help i was told it might be THE BCM i got one from the junkyard wich im panning on installing and programing it to vehicle the 30 minutes method . i also like to know where the "relay " for these lights is located if anybody has any idea thanks guys.

The DRL relay is located in the engine compartment fuse block on the drivers side. DRL relay is position #22..shown here.

What is a rear DRL? The DRL's are the front lights.

it is the rear lights tail lights always staying
guess those are not consider DRL

Is the center high mount lit as well? If so, I would check the brake light switch.
