I was wondering if there were any beginer projects to boost power in a 96' sunfire Gt

How many miles? I have a 2002 SE 4-door with the 2.4L in it. Bosh plug insulators, Denso Iridium spark plugs, royal purple synthetic oil and Aem short ram intake has opened my engine up a bit. Powerband is more linear and revs easier. Sounds good too. Takes a bit for the computer to adjust. My engine started to sound different and Better after about a thousand miles with the things I mentioned. I also use 91octane and I clense my engine with oil solvents everytime I do an oil change. Did an engine de-carb and that seemed to loosen it up a tiny bit too. I have 46000 miles on my car. I take crazy care of my car but I also drive it like I stole it
I also have plans for headers, exhaust, Venom computer reprogram and lowering springs. People ask why do I do this to a pontiac sunfire? My response: "BECAUSE I CAN SUCKA". I also love that I have a 4-door. People dont realize I have the original GT engine in it. Look at me sideways when I roll on past. The 2.4L TwinCam engine has potential. Its a rough little engine but the little things Ive done so far have really opened it up and smoothed out the power. Its alot more fun to drive now. Im done with my novel now.
