So heres the sequence of events that lead me to where I am today.

First I noticed the passenger side headlight was out, I figured Id replace to bulb and found it was not the bulb. So i tested the sockets and found the driver side to be at 12.2v and the passenger at 11.8v. So i replaced the sockets and still no luck. When I apply my brights both light up. When i start my car my headlights flash about 10 times and then go out, these are the DRL's im talking about. So my DRLs arent working either.

I figured this could be a relay issue or wiring or some sort.

About a week later my guage cluster started acting up, the speedometer/odometer just stopped working and my check engine light came on and stayed on. Over the next week other lights started comign on and off, my ABS stayed on my air bag flashed in and out and my battery ligth came on and off several times.

Today while driving to work the whole cluster failed including the temp and RPM. The only thing that didint was my gas guage. Shortly after my engine started sputtering a bit and eventually stalled my car while driving.

I pulled over and it seemed there was no power to the car as the dash had also dimmed out. 5 min later i put the key in and the power was back but now when i tried to start it it just goes click click click click quickly.

Has anyone else had similar problems happen in sucsession? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Pull your battery cables and see if there is any corrosion? Take the alternator to a auto store and check to see if its good? I had the same thing happen to my truck awhile back not in the same order but all the same things. It was a bad alternator causing the problems. WHen the batt ran out of juice the truck would sputter and die till charged back up and the clicking noise sounds like a dead or low battery to not giving enough juice to the starter which causes that noise.
