I Recently Pulled an engine out of a 79 formula after checking all casting # and stamped # and checking every where on the internet. I was able to determine the engine was a 1974 , 400, automatic built-in Atlanta, but I do not have the first set of #
To tell me what it came out of.

what is the engine code found on the pad in front of the passenger side cylinder head. It would be a series of two letters or a letter and a number.

YH
down the passenger side of block near the water pump and oil pan the * 24A 165221
the block was cast in 73 built in 74 in Atlanta heads are 4x

IN 1974 the YH code was used in all modes, A, B, and F bodies so now way of knowing without the full VIN.

so the cam #920455, spc8 I was told this was a ram air iv cam did that come in 1974 I know the block been reworked has 30 over pistons in it.

Last year for the Ram Air IV was 1970. In 71 they dropped compression and put the Ram Air III cam in the 455 HO. The Ram Air IV factory part number was 9794041 known also as the 041 cam and the Ram Air III factory part number was 9779068 known also as 068 cam.
I have no idea what the 920445 number is, did they tell you which aftermarket company made it? Google shows nothing with that number.
