Engine questions

I have a 1994 grand am gt 5 spd. I got at least one dead cylinder. Obviously I have to pull the 2.3L engine. Hoping to get a few questions answered first.
1) Does anybody know if the engine comes out the top or does it need to go out the bottom?
2)Where is the best place to find a Chiltons/Haynes manual?
3) Where is the best place to get parts or order parts for the rebuild?

Ebay has lots of used manuals and Oreilly shows it new.
Best place for parts? Depends on shipping costs. Try local, Rockauto and Oreilly.
