Exhaust estimate

Midas quoted me 441.88 to replace my muffler along with the strap since it hangs as well as the front pipe. He said the catalytic converter is still good as well as the rest of the piping after that. Is it me or is that price a little high. The paper shows 130 for the muffler, 30 for the strap and 280 bucks for the pipe..is that reasonable or too high?
