exterior door body trim or molding

For a 2007 Pontiac Montana SV6:

Anyone know how the exterior door strip/molding/moulding/trim (whatever the proper term) is removed or replaced? The right front passenger side molding needs to be replaced.

if you get the replacement part with the clips you should be able to determine what tool would be used to either release the clips or break them off.
