the factory am fm cd player in my van don't seem very loud ,when I use my Bluetooth fm transmitter I can barely here it. anyone have any ideas on how to boost the volume without an amp?

I use a blue tooth transmitter also (mpow) and it has a volume adjustment on it , I just make sure it's up all the way. Besides that I don't think there's any tricks besides adding an amp. U can try selecting one of those equalizer presets that may say talk radio that boosts the treble and lowers the bass. Good luck and let us know what u end up doing. A lot of times it's seems to be the fault of the blue tooth device not amplifying properly.

There are also a couple radio stations that don't seem as loud as others. That's why I was wondering about the radio.
