Fiero turns over but Won't start

My car just sits and turns over as if there's no spark or no fuel.
Tested fuel pump. GOOD.
Replaced Distr Cap & Rotor. And it starts.
Next morning. Car turns over but wont start.
Rolled it down the incline and jump started her by popping the clutch.
QUESTION:
Why won't it just start without the hassle. Is there an immobilizer switch that I should change out?
HELP Please.

either no fuel or no spark
you will have to restest for both.
do you have power to the ignition coil with the key in both positions run and crank?
what was the pump psi?
