Firebird and Camaro...

...parts? I have a 95 Pontiac Firebird, and I was thinking of buying a wrecked 87 Camaro. Is there anyway I could switched the engine or transmission from the Camaro into my firebird, and how would I go about doing that? Thanks.
Both cars are V-6 3.4 L with automatic transmissions. I'm more worried about the year difference. I don't know if the engines change as much as the exterior.

Actually the 3.4L in the 95 is simmilar to the earlier 3.1L but the intake systems and injector systems are different and probably wont interchange although you may be able to use the 3.1L with the 3.4L intake and sensors but that would be alot of work..
