Hi I recently made a post about my car not cranking, and came up with another question. In the fuse box there's a slot for ignition but theres nothing in it. The car ran like this and I was driving it just fine, but after looking at the fuse box there's nothing in the spot. What goes there if anything. Thanks. Formula firebird 305 v8

Nothing there in many GM cars. It's a hot pickup when the engine is running. A typical use for it on a carbureted car that is being converted to an electric choke is to run a fused wire from the that point in the fuse box to the choke coil. If you have the owners manual it would have a fuse box layout.
