Firebird wheel problem?

My front driver side tire vibrates and squeaks while driving even when not applying the brakes. The brake pads are brand new. The rotor is brand new also. I also replaced bearings/hub. The only thing I didn't replace is the caliper. Replaced the same parts on the other side. My car is a 2001 Firebird
When the car is jacked up and I turn the rotor, the pads catch the rotor in the same place every turn. This was the same with the old pads and old rotor.

maybe your tire is out of balance. maybe a tie rod, maybe a bad shock

Don't forget to check the wheel bearing.
