Firebired clean up

I just got my 1987 firebird a week ago and want to remove all the unwanted emissions parts in the engine. My first removal is the smog pump. Anybody have any advice about what I need to cap off or steps on how to do this?

the ports on the exhaust manifold have to be plugged with fittings everything else is just removed.
