First year for remote keyless entry?

Just picked up a '91 GA that doesn't have it. Was it even available that year? If not, how hard would it be to wire in a module from a later model? The car has power locks.

Appears some models had it but a receiver is required and some how has to tie in to lock actuators.

I can get a receiver at the junkyard. Just needs power, ground and outputs to the door lock relays. Doesn't seem too complicated. If the option was available, maybe the wiring is already installed?
