Fixed Brakes and they are still spungy

I have a 98 grand am I have replaced the drums, springs, shoes, Rotors, pads, and bled all the lines. I am still getting a spongy brake Pedal IDK what to do next. Im trying to figure out what to try next any ideas? I also have fixed all the leaks in the lines and nothing is leaking now

How spongy? Does the car stop pretty quick on a single pump? I've felt the same as you after I do the brakes but the car (2001 grand am) stops hard on a single push. I am used to the older car brakes and the brakes on my 1993 Lexus that are pretty tight.

assuming you dont have air in the system including the master. Did you adjust the rear shoes? You may have a bad master or rubber hoses.
