Front end Height

The previous owner of my '64 LeMans put lowering springs in the front end, I'd like to get back closer to stock. I'd like to figure out what I have before I replace them, does anyone know the stock front bumper height? Overall roof height is in the shop manual, but not bumper heights.

I poked around online, I could not find any info on spring coil count and wire diameter to match up. The springs look like 7 or 8 coils, 0.575" coil wire.

I dont think you will find bumper height. Frame height should be in the front of the factory service manual. The springs are listed in the GTO catalogue from www.amesperf.com you dont have to measure anything.

Thanks, melsg5, I'll check the manual again. I wouldn't mind a 1" drop, unless that's what I have now. I want to know if what I have is 2" or 3" before I pick new springs.
