front end rumbling

my 05 montana has developed a rumbling noise in the front end,it dosent do it all the time and I checked wheel bearings and cv joint and it seems to be tight.is there another way to check them other than jacking it up and trying to wiggle the tire?

CV joint issue is most apparent on a low speed full lock turn
bearing you should hear all the time
have you tried rotating tires to see if the noise moves with the tires

Tried changing tires.i think its wheel bearings.not loose but a howling noise
