Front fender lower patch panels

Does anyone know if someone makes them for a 70 Cat? Gonna paint the old girl this spring she needs both sides , I got a custom metal guy near by but he charges quite a bit . He is last resort or maybe only option .

Havent seen them for B bodies, only A and G.

I can have more patch panels made when he does mine if anyone needs them , this guy makes panels for opi he uses heavy steel not flimsy steel like most panels now a days , won't be till April tho.
I will make sure he keeps the template.
