Fuel gauge an Interior Lights

Hi all can someone point me in the direction on these problems? (1) the fuel gauge shows full when engine is running, if the car is off it goes back to about three quarters of a tank, turn key on it goes past the full mark.(2) the interior lights stays on when the car is running, I have even removed the interior light dimmer and they still stay on, If the car is off they stay on for a bit then they go off.Its a 93 Grand am

Sounds like the fuel sender is bad , it's located in the fuel tank and you have to remove the tank (drain it first) and remove the sender assembly ..
the interior light issue sounds like the interior light module or possibly one of the door switches are bad ..
you can get a shop manual to tell you where the module is and the door switches are you will need to check them all..
