Fuel Pressure Regulator Vacuum Line Part#?

Hello, I am trying to find the part number or a source where I can get the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose.

The car is a 2003 Sunfire with the 2.2l l4 Ecotech engine.

This hose has a boot that connects onto the air intake manifold and routes over to the fuel pressure regulator on top of the fuel rail with a different size boot. I could probably just replace it with a vacuum hose from an auto parts store but would like to find the actual part as the connection diameters don't match.
