fuel shut off switch for 1999 Pontiac Sunfire?

Is there a fuel shut off for the 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. The car was in a front end collision and will not start now. IF so where is the reset switch for the fuel pump?

No switch. You could look over the damaged area to see if a wire has ben broken without knowing how much damaged you had would be hard to tell.

Ford was the one that was big on the switches. GM especially back then often used the oil pressure switch as the safety switch for the fuel pump.

I agree no switch. But the accelormeter for the air bag is right in your dammaged area. Did your airbag go off?. Even tho it my not of deployed the acclormeter my have been tripped.Your instrument cluster which is a major part of the starting system will cut the fuel off if it's not getting an ok snigel from this accelrometer. does it turn over starts momentarly and then it cuts off?
