Gas leak HELP

Been looking for info. on how difficult it is and the cost of labor to replace a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 4d rubber fuel filler hose(s) (gas leaks out when I fill up) I believe item #5 in attached assy. drawing is my culprit I will also be replacing item #6 at same time. I'm too crippled to do the job and too poor to just bend over at the garage. I know parts should be less than $50. Thanks, I like to be armed with info. before I go mechanic shopping.

wow does the tank have to be dropped?

Don't know on your vehicle, most can be done in the car without dropping the tank, just depends if filler tube is accessable and can be fished through the gas cap door or not.....yours looks like it has 2 tubes.....
