Gas mileage

Hello all I finally got 600 + miles out of a tank of gas. I got 617 miles out of a tank of gas and used 26.26 gal of gas which equals to 23.5 mpg.Now this is back and forth to work avg around 35 mph in a 2003 montana 130k full synthetic oil. What have the rest of you been getting ?

20 or so miles to the gal. 1997 Transport Mobil 1 high mileage, with 105k.

22 in summer, 20 in winter, '99 Montana with Hi Mileage synthetic blend.

Our 2001 Montana averages between 23 and 24 for everyday driving and on our many road trips, it gets 27-28. We even got 29 on one recent trip. That's with 226k miles and no modifications.

Well I out did myself I got 641 miles out of tank of gas and used 27.9 gal (yes I have a 25 gal tank) which equates to 22.97 mpg again back and forth to work with some ac usage.

yes I figure that once the low fuel warning message comes on I have about 1 -2 gal left, normally that's when I get gas but lately I have been stretching it a bit.

I guess I have been filling up around 1/4 tank because the damn pumps here shut off at $100, if I let it go empty I have to do a separate additional transaction. Very annoying.

Wow how much a gal is gas up north of the border ?

It's up around $5 per gal now, it's ridiculous.

Wow thats great , is that still the 3.4l ? I assuming that is all highway ?I see your north of the border is that mpg ?

Yep it is MPG highway driving with the 3.9. Not as good in the city but it is so much better than my Toyota Tundra was. LOL

I get 22 for mixed driving and have gotten 28 on a trip. The interesting thing is I do better at speeds above 50 mph than below???Must be lugging it some.

Edit It is an 06 with the small engine.

In my city, it's currently 122.9 on average. The cheapest place in town is about 7-11 cents less.
