Gauges & etc...

OK so here is what i got.

Wife has a 03 Sunfire & some weird things are going on.

Car can actually turn over no issue but wont come out of park. Then none of the gauges will even read on the dashboard. Radio wont come on neither will the wipers. However, the AC, lights, dome, etc will all come on. (To start the car the you put in N, then crank, etc.)

Really confused on what this could be. I've had it in the shop three times now and each time they say they replace a park in or near the ignition. After that, everything works fine (for a few months that is.)

Any ideas on what this could be? Bad relay, short, on board computer?

In order to come out of park you have to have your foot on the brake. Assuming you are doing this you then have an issue with the brake switch or the solenoid that releases the shifter. Have you checked if the brake lights work? If they do then the solenoid is the problem.
On your other issues, have you checked all the fuses both in the passenger compartment and the engine compartment?
