Does any one know something I can add or do to get more torgue in 3rd and 4th gear. And also what can I do to add some to 1st and 2nd

More torque? That requires more power.
Changing gear ratios to a higher gear will allow you to go thru the gears faster but reduce your top end and cause you to run a higher rpm on the highway reducing MPG.
