Getting rid of the beergut

My 95' T/A has the LT1 and an automatic. I've bolted on every aftermarket part out there except NOS or supercharging, and the best I've gotten was a high 13 at the track. Maybe the computer is operating in safe mode since the car was totalled in an accident, everything from the firewall forward was replaced except the engine itself. I never had the computer reset, the air bag light is still on. My car particularly, seems way too heavy. It is fully loaded with all the heffer options such as A/C, power windows and seats. Any suggestions on shedding some weight--or maybe a computer issue? Thanks.

every bolt on and only runnin 13's? stock lt-1s are good for mid-low 13's pendin on the driver. if u can only muster 13's with all that aftermarket components then somthin is definatley not right
