whats up im from the Bronx NY I have a 97 grand am and one day i was driving it and i parked it and it would n`t turn on again the light go on and everything it just wont accelerate for i can drive can you guys tell me what to do or how much is a gas pump
 
Sorry, but I can't really understand your post, but from what I can guess, the car ran fine when you shut if off, but when you went to restart it it wouldn't restart?

Not sure if that is what you mean though.

Did the car start, but had no power?
Did the car not even crank when you hit the key, but the lights came on?
Did the car crank just fine, but didn't even attempt to start?


We need a little better description of the problem before we can make an accurate diagnosis.

Don't just assume it is the fuel pump.
 
ooo i was driving one time and when i apred the car and came back to it it wouldent start and what i mean about that is that it would crank but no gas would pull through it wouldne t start up by not drving or nothing all the lights turn on my radio butnot the gas
