grand am se transmission problems

i have a 1993 grand am se 3.3L V6 4T60E and ive been experiencing problems with the cars acceleration. When i give it light/heavy throttle my car hesitates real bad. ive checked my maf sensor and ive checked my tranny fluid but it feels like the tranny slips, the fluid is at proper level but has bubbles in it. so if any could tell me whats wrong it would be greatly appericated cuz its costing me in gas too

if you are sure the trani is slipping, when is the the last time you changed the fluid and filter?

well i had bought it at a buy here pay here and ive had it for a couple of months now but i was never told when it was changed last if it was changed at all so if i do change the fluid and filter will it help the hesitation?
