• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Howdy. I am the 3rd, 5th, and 7th owner of a 1971 Formula 455. Obviously the car has been passed amongst friends since it was new! It's a black on black ordered car. It was ordered with the rear spoiler, 8 track, rear console, (DPort) 455, 15" Honeycombs.... You can see my pictures at: http://s1266.photobucket.com/user/murphy4600/library/

welcome to the forum, interesting ownership trail. Most people have no idea who previously owned the car at that age.

Car history

And the amazing thing is that all the documentation followed the car through all the transfers. I have the hand written order sheet, the Protect-o-Plate, the window sticker, as well as the PHS copy of the build sheet.

I would hold onto that car as long as possible. My 71 GTO was owned by my father so I also have all the paperwork. Only problem I ran into was with PHS. It appears certain cars the microfiche was either missing or damaged so they were able to replicate the window sticker from the bill of sale and other papers I had.
