Head light Gen 2 on a 85 gt

Good morning all, I have a 85 GT and it looks like someone changed it from a gen 1 system to a gen two system. Well my issue is neither motor goes up or down. I do not have those small isolation relays any where I have one relay that is next to the control module that is a 4 pin unit. How do I go about fixing this? Thanks

have you done any basic testing with a test light or voltmeter to determine whether you have power to the relay?

I got it all fixed I ordered a Control Mod from a corvette store for only 139 buck
