Headlamps and fog lamps

I just bought a 2003 Montana and wanted to know if anyone has installed the kit to allow you to have the high beams and fog lamps on at the same time?

From the factory they are set not to work that way.

Why do you want the high beams and fogs on at the same time?

better visibility, especially on the open desert roads.

Also my cruise and steering wheel radio controls don't work. Any ideas?

With the fog lights, it seems like anything over 10mph and you are out driving them.
