I have searched a great deal to find how to do this procedure....which should be very simple. It is easy if you know the correct procedure. This video does a great job explaining how to do it.
The biggest tip is the removal of the plastic clips that holds the front cowling in place. Once you remove these, there is much more room to remove the light. The rubber around the headlight has a tendency to be stuck behind the cowling preventing the headlight from coming out. I used a small pair of wire cutters to pry them up. I removed the two that were close to the light. They ARE reusable. Just make sure the washer is not flush with the head when reinstalling.

I hope this helps to make it an easy procedure.
