Headlight wiring diagram for Halos on GTP

need help finding a wiring diagram for the headlights to wiring in halos correctly, please. the previous owners bought halos for it and had some tool who didnt know what they were doing install them.. needless to say..

- when the headlights are off, the left front turn signal does not work and the left rear turn signal flashes with the right turn signal

- when the headlights are on, the left front still does not work and the right side stays lit up and do not flash at all. the light on the dash stays lit up

**forgot to mention, i dont know if it shows anywhere, but its a 99 GTP**

try finding a Hanes or Chilton manual, some libraries carry them

What a mess by the previous owner. Hanes manual should have covered that diagram.
