hearing static noise from Turn Signal

Hello Everyone,

This morning I noticed that everytime I turn signal on ( Left or Right ) I am hearing this static noise from dash or not sure if it is coming from the flasher. But I don't seem to hear it if I am on Hazard.

I would like to find out if this is a common flasher problem and can easly be fixed by replacing the flasher. I would like to think it's the flasher but I just replaced it about a year ago, I can't believe that it will break that fast.

Please help me. Thank you.
