• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... My name is larry, my first car was a 74 lemans.it was 12 yrs old at the time. i had it for a year during which it got hit and run 2x and i rear ended a new lesabre. I sold it for what it cost me and Ive regretted it ever since. A year later ,I saw it at the pool hall and left a note on it offering to buy it back but got no reply.

So now im looking to get another one. I can only afford one out of the junkyard or maybe a little better but im lookin'!

I have no idea what is or is not available on these cars or what other a body stuff interchanges. im hoping you guys can see me thru....[/SIZE]

In my opinion you are walking down a path towards a money pit. The type of car you are looking for will need a lot of work. The mechanical components will just cost you money but just about anything body wise you will have a great deal of difficulty trying to find. The 1974 model is not a collectible thus there is little to no aftermarket support for it in that area.
