• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... New member here. What section do I go to to discuss big, old Pontiacs

Welcome aboard, Mr. Farrell! Thank you for signing up! Which Pontiac model do you have?

Thanks for the welcome. I have a almost fully restored 67 Catalina Convertable. Bought it new in 67. I am getting ready to go into the motor in the near future and starting my research on possibly a little more horse power, mine is the original 2 bbl, 265 HP, with 170,000 miles on it. Also, whether I can rebuild it or have a shop nearby build it for me. Thats why I am here. For advice from those smarter than I.

Ed

Sounds rare for that old and precious catalina kept by original owner with very low mileage, glad you've joined us here.
