Is there a book/booklet that would tell me where to find the:

Charcoal canister
Evap Purge Solenoid
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor?

I have code P1441 and need to get started on fixing it. I read that these can cause the issue, as well as a bad gas cap vent and damage to the line - if not, feel free to correct me. :D

try a Hanes or Chilton manual, local library may have a copy. In addition using google will be an aid.

I have a Haynes manual, but it doesn't show me how to find these. It mentions the evap purge and tells me that it's on the back of the engine block, but it doesn't say on which side or how to get there.
It doesn't even mention a charcoal canister.

I think I found the charcoal: https://www.google.com/search?q=EVA...ad.php%3Ff%3D11%26t%3D158791%26a%3D2;1024;768

This tells me basically as much as the Haynes manual:

I still haven't found the fuel pressure sensor, but I was told it's on top of the fuel tank. :(

From the description it sounds like the evap purge solenoid or one of the hoses connected to it. The link explains where it is located

P1441

Description
EVAP EMISSIONS SYSTEM FLOW DURING NON-PURGE

Evaporative (EVAP) emission system includes following
components: fuel tank, EVAP vent solenoid, fuel tank pressure sensor,
fuel pipes and hoses, vapor lines, fuel cap, EVAP emission canister,
purge lines, and EVAP purge solenoid.
A leaking purge solenoid, EVAP purge and engine vacuum lines
switched at EVAP purge solenoid, or EVAP purge solenoid driver circuit
shorted to ground, will set DTC P1441.

Symptoms
You likely won't notice any drivability problems.

Causes
•EVAP purge vacuum switch open.

Solutions
•Check for incorrect vacuum hose routing or damage.
•Check for faulty connections or damaged harness.
•Replace EVAP purge solenoid.
