help i keep blowing fuel pump fuses

i have 96 sunfie and i keep blowing the fuel pump fuse i have tried putting a higher amp fuse and lower amp it blows 5's 7.5's 10's 15's 20' 30's you get the drift so heres the deal i'll be driving then wher the dimmer is i'll see a spark with the sound of the fuse pop and boom no gas and then i coast to a stop swap the fuse and get about five more miles down the road and bobs your uncle boom it happens again so i finaly got home took the dimmer switch off to see if it was scorched or anything odd and its fine help i need idias what this could be

never put a higher amp fuse in unless you enjoy either completely replacing a burnt out wire harness or watching you car catch fire! You have a short to ground somewhere or it could be the pump itself. You have to trace the wire harness.
